Founded in 2013, BlackFiber Communications Corporation operates as the Philippines' carrier-neutral interconnection layer — the network behind enterprises, carriers, and global technology platforms that need reliable, route-controlled connectivity in and out of the country.
We are not a traditional telco. We are a Network-as-a-Service operator: AS59322, peered at Philippine and international internet exchanges, present at Equinix SG1 in Singapore, and licensed by the NTC to deliver value-added services across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Our Singapore arm, Blackfiber Singapore, extends the platform from the Philippines to the global backbone through our PoP at Equinix SG1.
